We have a demanding selection process that challenges candidates in terms of skills (analytics), attitudes (motivation) and maturity (resilience and flexibility).
 

 

Our selection process includes competency-based interviews, group dynamics and problem-solving exercises.

The selection process is organized in different rounds of interviews although we combine the evaluation strategies depending on the alignment with business needs. The assessors involved includes from HR processor to the business line that ensure the objectivity of the selection process.

Our observation strategy is primarily based on the Case Method in which we look for solid evidence to confirm the candidates fitness for the future job.
